Celebrating 100 Years of RSS
Being part of the Akhila Bharateeya Pratinidhi Sabha 2025 has been an unforgettable experience. This year marks the centenary of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), and I couldn't be more grateful to contribute to this historic milestone. Over the past six days, I've felt a deep sense of purpose and pride, soaking in the energy and inspiration all around me.
A Moment I'll Never Forget
One memory that stands out — and probably will for the rest of my life — is when Param Poojaneeya Sri Mohan Bhagavat Ji personally greeted me. That moment is etched in my mind. It's not every day that you receive a salutation from someone who has dedicated his life to selfless service. Truly humbling!
My Transformation Journey
Looking back, RSS has played a massive role in my personal growth. I used to be a procrastinator — often unproductive and lacking purpose. Today, I can proudly say I've become more energetic, disciplined, and self-motivated. RSS gave me a sense of belonging and pushed me to evolve into a responsible leader.
The Ironic Beauty of Service
One of the most striking aspects of the Sabha is the people you meet. Picture this: top engineers, data scientists, doctors, and experts in various fields — all here to serve. And who are they serving? Pracharaks who have renounced the comforts of a conventional career to devote their lives to the nation.
It's a beautiful irony. Some of the sharpest minds, leaders in their industries, stand in awe of these selfless individuals who may have little material wealth but possess an unshakable spirit of service. The wisdom and humility of the Pracharaks are a constant reminder that true leadership is about giving, not gaining.
Systems and Operational Discipline
Serving behind the scenes as a Prabandhak (event organizer) opened my eyes to the operational execution required for large-scale gatherings. When thousands of representatives convene from every corner of India, enthusiasm alone does not keep things running smoothly—systems do.
From logistics and scheduling to meal distribution and protocol management, every detail operates with quiet precision. Observing how decentralized teams execute complex workflows without noise or friction reinforced a fundamental lesson: inspiration gets an initiative off the ground, but structured systems sustain it over time.
Moving Forward with Gratitude
As I continue this journey, I carry with me invaluable lessons in selflessness, dedication, and commitment. This experience has ignited my determination to contribute meaningfully to society while continuously growing as an individual.
To anyone seeking to find direction or build character, I offer a simple suggestion: seek out opportunities to serve without expecting immediate returns. You will be surprised by how profoundly the experience transforms your perspective.
Bharat Mata Ki Jai!

Edit: Update from 2026
Update from 2026, as I almost complete 6 months into my marriage, I still carry some of the valuable learnings that have got concrete the last few years and credit where it's due - the RSS. I've understood that - anything you want to achieve as the goal - the secret to success is consistency and system built around self-discipline rather than Motivation. Yes, momentary and periodic motivation is key to achieve any kind of goal in life, but repeatition and perserverence holds far more weightage.
It has been sometime where I would say my priorities have changed, where I do still respect what the RSS does, what I feel personally is that I need to step up and level up in things that I specialize on - before going back to the field to teach others. Just preaching is one thing but preaching what you're being holds special and guaranteed inspiration for people to follow. This has been something I want to follow and continue to pursue in the near future.
Building Technical Mastery & Personal Legacy
Looking back on this transition, every major life stage brings a shift in how we deploy our time and energy. As I balance my career in data science with the responsibilities of family life, I've realized that self-mastery is not a static destination—it is an evolving discipline.
Before stepping onto a platform to mentor or lead others, one must possess deep domain expertise and a proven track record. In engineering and data science, as in life, depth precedes influence. By focusing heavily on technical rigor, continuous learning, and everyday accountability, I aim to build a foundation that speaks for itself. When you consistently deliver value and embody your core principles in daily practice, you create an enduring legacy that naturally inspires those around you.
